Why and how you can distract yourself from worthless thoughts.

We usually think about things which are unusual like thinking about things which might have happened in certain manner or worrying about someone who upload a sad status etc. As you can see people around are furious for things and making additional things which are ineffective.

Making up settings arranging the things in a systematic manner is important, thoughts might be negative or positive.In both, the negative thought capture the most attention and begins with mood swings or dragging you down and continuing to focus on that thought exaggerates its effect. Some studies say that mulling over and over on negative thoughts for an extended period, it is a leading cause of depression and anxiety. It says that people who Use distraction method is likely to experience less anxious and depressive symptoms. Since our negative thoughts can often be nagging or destructing yourself is always not easy, But just telling yourself "I won't / should not think about that anymore", might work.

Things you can do when you want to distract ourselves:

  • Watch the video that makes you laugh.
  • Take a nap for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Listen to a song that makes you whirl.
  • Talk to a person who is close to you.
  • Appreciate people in life who you know, who understand.
  • Take a hot shower bath.
  • Go out for a walk.
  • Etc......

Emotions like Joy, humor, gratitude can automatically make you feel better. Our body have a chance to undo our anxiety and effects of stress. By taking stress out of our body we lose an up group of our negative thinking.

Identify your positive strategies to overcome from the thoughts which drag you down.

Find your own way to come out of unusual things and things which you can't change.
