Why Stretching is important:


Everyday we tend to hear about fitness, diet, yoga, gymnastics etc. But we start working before we start stretching ourselves, which is not the right way.
You might sometimes see yourself or others who can't bend accurately. It is not because practice, it's simply because of Muscle shortening and becomes tight.

Let us look into benefits of Stretching your body:
  • Improve Muscle tension and Range of motion.
  • Finding relief in some parts of the body.
  • Enhance your performance.
  • Prevention from injuries.
  • Improve circulation (resulting in energy levels).
I would suggest to do basic stretches in your home, without any equipments. The different kinds of stretches are displayed in the image, which are very beneficial and less time consuming, if you are persistent. Always think you can do and make a reminder to do it everyday, do not stop because it will make you more healthier and stronger day by day.
